Yeah.

Anything you do not master becomes your master.

It us very important for me to question why things bother/pierce/annoy me. It is often quite the experience to trace things back to the root issue.

We are all mirrors of each other and mirrors are best at reflecting.

We are all indeed mirrors of each other. With our harsh judgment of ourselves, we often do the same to others who reflect our most despised traits.
I try to remind myself of this quote when I feel very judgmental.
